I dropped Birmingham in the end, a rather difficult choice decided by a toss and a spin of the coin.
I had no idea why I was so insecure about my application, but I just felt that I had to go down to school and let barnard know that I'd submitted it. Interestingly, as usual, whenever I decide to go to school especially for something, he wasn't there. (just like the oxford form! would have missed him if i didn't stay) There was just this feeling that I'd have been forgotten.
